Everyone knows the benefits of lemon. Lemon is a popular and versatile citrus fruit. It is famous for its flavor and refreshing scent. Lemons are widely used in recipes, flavoring, and perfumes, in all kinds of refreshing drinks like lemon tea, cocktails, mocktails, etc. Lemons also have good medicinal value. Since it is very rich in vitamin C, it had immense health benefits ranging from anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties and immune-boosting abilities. Lemon juice is good for digestion and acts as a detoxifying agent which helps in cleaning the toxins out from the liver. One of the most common benefits to reap out of lemons is its juice.
