Sugarcane juice! Does this take you down to the memory lane of your childhood? Standing by the roadside and having freshly squeezed sugarcane juice and feeling quenched and refreshed. I really wish that ‘bhayya’ should have also told us the many benefits of this heavenly juice popularly known as ‘ganne ka ras’. It is one of the healthiest drinks and beats all the artificial drinks. It is still my favorite and I just can’t resist it.  This healthy and super powerful fruit is loaded with rich nutrients like iron, calcium, and magnesium. It is loaded with Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and Vitamin C. The sugarcane juice is absolutely safe during pregnancy unless you are diabetic or suffering from gestational diabetes. However, consuming too much of sugarcane or sugarcane juice daily may harm your health. So, keep track of your consumption.
